A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 4, 2014, the Defendant illegally used air defense, purchased B wing-F truck from C and operated without filing an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle. On November 6, 2014, the Defendant was kept in custody of the said cargo number plate from the Goung-gun Office on the ground of local tax delinquency.

On May 12, 2015, the Defendant found one E vehicle number plate from the closed price located in Goung-gun, Goung-gun, Jeonnam-gun, to be used for the operation of the vehicle, and attached it to the front number plate of the cargo vehicle on the same day on the same day as the Defendant was able to use it for the operation of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant used a car number plate which is an air for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. From May 12, 2015 to July 9, 2015, the Defendant held an air call that was unlawfully used by the Defendant, operating a wing truck, which attached the E-motor vehicle license plate in the front-gun, in the front-gun, Goung-gun.
