Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 662" Defendant was possessed by Defendant C from the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office on November 2014, 2014, and was kept in custody of the registration number plate attached in front of the Dpoter cargo vehicle operated by the Defendant, with a view to forging it and attaching it to the above cargo vehicle.

On November 2014, the Defendant: (a) sold a green paint on a steel plate, such as the size of a car registration license plate, which was previously held in the vicinity of the Newdong, Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then placed it on the metal plate and then placed a white paint on the metal plate and entered it in a white paint in a white column, thereby spreading it.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the car registration number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising the right.
