Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on April 17, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 25,

On March 21, 2012, at around 21:05, the Defendant driven a freight vehicle C1 ton, without a vehicle driver’s license, from approximately 100 meters to around the Dong-dong village located in the roadside, from the front of a cafeteria, which is located at the seat of the road, to the front of the Dong-dong village located at the seat of the road.
