Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 21, 2019, the Defendants’ co-offenders expressed the victim’s desire to “after the end of their business and to return home” from the victim Nos. 7 of the victim D on the Busan-gu Busan-gu C and the first underground floor on January 21, 2019. 2. Defendant B

A. In the date, time, and place as mentioned in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant continued to perform the duties of a police official with respect to the arrest of a flagrant offender in the crime of insult, by failing to comply with the demand for presentation of personal information, despite the continuous control of the F District G affiliated with the F District Unit, upon receiving the said D’s 112 report, and having been dispatched to the scene, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the arrest of a police official by taking the arms and descendants of the said G as a flagrant offender in the crime of insult.

B. On March 3, 2019, at around 02:35, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim I (the 20-year-old-old-gu Busan), who was under influence of alcohol, to the victim’s her mother while under influence of alcohol at the “J convenience store” that he works as an employee; (b) the victim prevented the Defendant, thereby demanding that she go out of the country; and (c) the victim’s face was assaulted by hand.
