A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On January 6, 2019, at around 00:50, the Defendants met with the head stringer of D-si, D-si, and Defendant B’s shoulder on the front of D-si, Seocheon-si, and the Defendants got off from E, a passenger who was on board the back seat of D-si while blocking the front of the taxi, and she seeed the horses that “I am going to the house” from E, a passenger who was on board the back seat of the taxi while blocking the front of the taxi, Defendant A she sawd the flaps of E, and fladding the head kn by putting the head knick into the taxi.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 01:09 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) went away from the scene while being asked questions from the victim G, and tried to cross the case without permission by going to the roadway, and (b) the Defendant, who was sent to the F District Unit of the Busan District Police Station at the same place, at the same time; (c) thus, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim with a large voice, “I am out of the cropos, cros, cros, and crops, known to him; and (d) I am out of the victim, who was arrested as a flagrant offender and moved to the F District parking lot, with the victim’s “I am crops, sphos, sphos, fros, paws, paws, paws, and so on”, and openly insulting the victim as “I do not want to do so.”

B. At around 01:12 on the same day, the Defendant, at the same place, tried to cross the Defendant’s vehicle without permission by going to the defective roadway in order to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender of assault against the Defendant, and obstructed the handling of reported cases by the police officers at several times, and legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders.

2. The Defendant B tried to arrest A as a flagrant offender of violence against A at the same time and place as “B” in Article 1, and at the same time and place.
