A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

60,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On August 14, 2016, the Defendant: around 20:51:31 on August 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) filed a report on the sales of marijuana, “Fop-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up” posted on the website at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 201; and (b) filed a report on the sales of marijuana, “F-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up” with the domestic visa (BC) exchange app (F) located in his mobile phone; and (c) purchased marijuana in a transparent way that contains 0.42372 BTC (G) in the address of the non-co-owner of marijuana seller, and around the same day, around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased marijuana 2g, in which it could not know the address of the I high school located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul.

B. On August 31, 2016, the Defendant: around 20:51:17, on August 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased marijuana in a manner that contains approximately 1g of transparent plastic bags in a transparent plastic bag, posted on the E site by “math-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-pop-p (J).

On February 3, 2017, around 2017:20:14:25 on February 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported the sales of marijuana posted by K, L, and L on the website by the Defendant, “Wop-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up op-up, located in his mobile phone; (b) transferred 0.14369809 BTC (Korean 1.80,000 won) to an electronic bitcoin-house (N) located in his/her mobile phone; and (c) on the same day, contained in the red plastic bag in a house that had no prior domicile in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, over twenty-three (3:00).
