A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On June 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months and two years of suspended execution due to the charge of forging private documents at the Jeju District Court, and the above judgment was finalized on July 6, 2017.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a person who operated D, which is a mobile phone sales store in Ansan-gu C during his/her period of time.

E is a middle school building of the defendant and the F is a sentence of E.

1. On October 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested the change of F’s mobile phone devices at the above mobile phone sales store; (b) received and kept the F’s resident registration certificate pictures to the Kakao Stockholm Stockholm, SNS, in order to verify his/her identity; and (c) received and kept the F’s resident registration certificate pictures from E.

On August 8, 2016, the Defendant, without F’s consent, intended to arbitrarily open the mobile phone in F’s name, moved a photograph file of F’s resident registration certificate, which was kept in custody, to the computer of the above mobile phone sales office, and then epiced it by inserting the Defendant’s photograph on the F photograph of the resident registration certificate using the picture board, and printed it into a printer.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the Gyeonggi-do Ansan market, which is an official document.
