Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 15:10 on July 24, 2019, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration license plate after the C-learning passenger car was cut off in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B in order to avoid the crackdown on parking and stopping.
