A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant’s purchase of Mectopphone from the MAF account in the name of the said seller to the MAF account (S) bank account used by the said seller; and (b) purchased Mectopphone in a manner of bringing about about 0.8g of c to the transparent plastic bag in the name of the said seller at around 23:00 on the same day; and (c) around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased Mectopphone in the way of bringing about 0.8g of locopon in the transparent plastic bag from the electric measuring instruments located in the housing-oriented plastic bag.

2. On March 31, 2017, the Defendant transferred KRW 700,000 to the above account in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (1) around 00:31, the Defendant purchased phiphones by means of moving approximately 0.7g of phiphones contained in a transparent plastic bag to the apartment complex in the Si interest-based address designated by the said seller at around 02:00 on the same day.

[2018 Highest 385] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On April 13, 2017, the Defendant deposited KRW 600,000 to a new bank account (V) received from an Internet search to purchase a Mectop ctop ctop ctop ctop (one ctop ctop, hereinafter “phip ctop”), which is a local mental medicine, at around KRW 04:38,00,000. However, the Defendant deposited KRW 60,000 to a new bank account (V) which was received from an Internet search to purchase the Mectop ctop ctop ctop ctop ctop.
