A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a second cargo vehicle in B.
On October 24, 2019, the defendant driving of the above cargo vehicle without obtaining the driver's license at around 12:10 on October 24, 2019, and driving the above cargo vehicle along the three-lanes in the vicinity of the boom and the booming three-lanes in the market distance.
A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle without a driver's license, and a person has a duty of care to properly operate the steering gear and brakes of the motor vehicle and prevent accidents from occurring with other motor vehicles in advance, due care.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to perform the above duty of care in the state of having not obtained the driver's license, and caused the collision between the parts of the G rocketing car driven by the victim D (ma, 56 years old) who was in the front of the said cargo vehicle and the parts of the G rocketing car driven by the victim F (V, 48 years old) due to this shock, with the rear part of the said E-vehicle driven by the victim H (V, 53 years old) who was in the front of the said cargo vehicle, by failing to operate the brake system, while changing the course from the three lanes to the two lanes.
As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D by occupational negligence, i.e., “m. brain-proof and face damage,” which requires treatment for about two weeks, i.e., the victim F and the victim J (W, 83 years old) who was on board the G car, and Ha, respectively, the victim H suffered injury of the “hinum salt, such as urine,” which requires treatment for about two weeks.
