A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a driver of Bchip car.
1. On May 6, 2014, the Defendant driving the said car at around 01:00, and led the road near the city survey road located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to an influence of the distance of session from the area of the tri medical center along the two-lanes of the road.
