Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a marina freight vehicle B.

On May 15, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at a speed not exceeding 1:40, while driving the vehicle at a speed not exceeding 3:0,000 and driving the two lanes prior to C at a speed not exceeding 3:0,000 on the map of gold distance.

At the same time, there was an intersection where signal lights are installed, so in such a case, the driver had a duty of care to reduce the speed to the person engaged in the driving duty and to prevent the accident in advance by looking at the other vehicles' attitudes in the signal lights and the forward.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive a dump truck and failed to keep the front at a speed, and the part of the loading box of the E dump truck driven driven by the victim D, which was in the same direction as that of the traffic signal, was driven by the Defendant at two-lanes from the same direction, and the Defendant got the front part of the G dump truck operated by F, which is in the signal line, in order to turn to the left at a gold range from the surface of the village room of the distribution, with the shock of the dump truck, in order to turn to the left.
