Defendants B and C conspired to commit joint crimes, from February 2, 2017 to July 2017, Defendant B and C contaminated the surrounding environment by releasing the heavy unfluent food waste water, which contains water pollutants exceeding the permissible emission level generated in the process of collecting food waste at a place where food waste is discharged at the first top of each market, from around 13 times to around 13 times.

3. As to the business affairs of Defendant D AD Agricultural Association Corporation, Defendant D Co., Ltd., Defendant D Co., Ltd., Defendant D Co., Ltd discharged food waste water, which is a waste containing water pollutants exceeding the permissible discharge level as above, to the sewage outlet and contaminated the surrounding environment.
