Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although anyone should not pollute the surrounding environment by preventing water from being leaked in the process of waste treatment, the Defendant, within the “Co., Ltd.” located in B around the Gyeongbuk-gun, around September 8, 2015, sent water and incineration materials generated from incineration in the process of moving the incineration materials generated from incineration facilities to cancer stuffs, to the right side of the water.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while storing wastes, contaminated the surrounding environment by leaking water.
