1. The Defendant: (a) from May 31, 2014, with respect to Plaintiff A, KRW 86,058,000, KRW 5,000, and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
(a) When a doctor provides medical services, such as diagnosis, treatment, etc., he/she shall take the best measures required to prevent risks depending on the patient's specific symptoms or circumstances, in light of the patient's nature of the duties of managing the patient's life, body, and health. In particular, as a doctor to provide cosmetic surgery, he/she shall carefully examine whether to perform the cosmetic surgery on the basis of highly specialized knowledge, the time, method, scope, etc. of the surgery, and then ensure that the requester of cosmetic surgery does not suffer from physiological or functional harm, and when there is a high probability that it is difficult to recover, he/she has the duty to refuse or discontinue cosmetic surgery.

In full view of the overall purport of pleadings as a result of each reply by the president of the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency regarding Gap 1 through 4, Eul 7 through 21, Eul 1 through 6 (including household numbers), and the request for appraisal of medical records by this court, it seems that the plaintiff A (the spouse of the plaintiff B) had a light-level internal sewage inside both of the defendant on May 31, 2014 at the time of the examination of the left-hand and right-hand sewage from the defendant.
