If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

In order to raise money by selling the land of the clan as a member of the clan Andong Kim H, the defendant had a mind to forge documents as if he sold the land of the clan according to the resolution of the clan.

1. Counterfeiting a private document related to the I sale of the petition site at the request of the Gu and holding a falsified document;

A. B. On June 19, 2009, the Defendant: (a) submitted a forged document to a certified judicial scrivener in charge of selling and buying the said land, as if it were the document duly formed at a false place; and (b) exercised it.

2. Forgery of private documents related to the sale of theO of the petition center at the request of the Gu and the holding of a falsified document;

A. B. On December 20, 2010, the Defendant who held the above investigation document is a document that duly formed the forged document at a minor place.
