A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On November 10, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) at the ELS agency, the Defendant working for the Cheongdong-gu, Cheongju-si; (b) on the basis that the Defendant held C’s resident registration certificate even though he/she did not obtain the consent to the opening of a mobile phone under the name of Da; and (c) on the basis that he/she used the Maga PC, used the Maga PC to “to open a mobile phone under the name of C (D)”; and (d) signed on C’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant has forged a copy of a mobile phone new contract in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant sent the forged mobile phone new contract to the ELS employee, who is not aware of the forgery at the time, at the place, and at the time, at the place specified in the preceding paragraph, and exercised the aforementioned investigation document as if it were a document duly formed.

2. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or acquire any access medium, such as an electronic card or information equivalent thereto, in order to issue instructions on transactions in electronic financial transactions or to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the details of transactions;

A. On August 2017, the Defendant, around August 2017, notified the Defendant of the password when he/she issued the physical card linked to the Defendant’s nominal bank passbook (Account Number: Account Number) and the Defendant’s new cooperation passbook (Account Number: H) to the Defendant’s nominal bank passbook F, in light of the fact that the Defendant transferred ELS F in the Cheongju-si Petition E, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.

Accordingly, the defendant transferred an access medium, such as an electronic card and information equivalent thereto.

B. On Oct. 1, 2017, the Defendant transferred to a police officer on Oct. 1, 2017, 2017, together with a physical card linked to a bank passbook (Account Number:J) opened in the name of the Defendant in front of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
