A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the head of the administrative office of the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seoul, and D is the chief director of the above union.

1. Forgery, etc. of private documents under C;

A. On May 22, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) stated the F Council member’s office located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, that “7,00 won of loans, interest rate of 24% per annum, and maturity of payment on June 30, 2013”; (b) stated “G” in the creditor column, “C” in the witness column, and “A” in the witness column; and (c) was managed by the Defendant in the debtor column.

C’s painting was stamped.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of the loan certificate in the name of the above C, which is a private document to prove facts.

B. The Defendant exercised the aforementioned investigation document as if he were the document duly formed, at the above date, at the above time, and at the above place, the above G, who was aware of the forgery.

2. Forgery, etc. of private documents in the name of D;

A. On July 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated in the creditors column of the letter of loan that “H”, “H” on the date column, “I” on July 2, 2012, and “C president D” on the borrower column; (b) stated in the borrower column that “10 million won of the loan, the due date of repayment of interest 0.5% per annum; and (c) 30% per annum; and (d) was managed by the Defendant on the side of the borrower column.

D's seal imprint, and continue to use the above employee seal imprint as a corporate seal imprint for C's corporate seal imprint.

“On July 2, 2012,” “C representative director D”, and “H” in the recipient column in the column of the employee identification book to the effect that “the date of the employee identification book,” the seal of the said D was stamped in the employee identification column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged each of the above D's borrowing certificates and employee reduction books, which are private documents related to the certification of facts.

B. The Defendant is a document which duly formed one of the forged loan certificates, employees reduction each of the above H, who was aware of the forgery at the above date, time, and place.
