A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On October 5, 2009, the Defendant reported the marriage with C, and C died on August 18, 2016 on around 23:24.

1. Crimes committed on August 18, 2016: 09:10

A. Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the paper on the deposit and withdrawal slip in the name of C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and exercised it.
