Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On July 30, 201, at around 12:20, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.143% from the 10 km section to the front road of the airport resting place, in the case of a knishing through the front of the stop station in the East-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, the Dog-ri located in the East-gun, Yangyang-gun, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at around 10 kilometers of alcohol content.
