Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in the business of driving X-ray cargo vehicles.

On November 18, 2012, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.176% in a two-meter radius from the front road of the Yanyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to the front road of the flue Myeono-gun located in the same Ri on the same day at around 23:30 on the same day.
