Punishment of the crime

나. 2015. 5. 2.자 범행 피고인은 2015. 5. 2. 09:30경 충주시 H에 있는 ‘I’ 음식점에서, 피고인이 음식대금을 지불하지 않고 소란을 피운다는 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 충주경찰서 J지구대 소속 경위인 피해자 K으로부터 음식 대금을 지급하고 귀가할 것을 권유받자 위 음식점 업주, 행인 등 여러 명이 있는 가운데 피해자에게 “개새끼야 너 할 일이 그렇게 없냐”, “씨발놈아 짭새새끼니까 그렇지”, “너 몇 살이야 개새끼야, 쥐어 패버릴까보다”, “짭새새끼야, 씨발놈아 내가 술을 먹든 말든 할 일이 그렇게 없냐 씨발놈아” 라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. Damage to public goods;
