A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 16, 2014, at around 12:00 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered G Kannnb vehicle located in front of 102 apartment 102 Dong-dong, Incheon, Dong-gu, Incheon; (b) reported with E and F along with the network; (c) removed the locking device by inserting the locking unit into the key hole of the said car; (d) removed the locking unit, and (e) carried one black box in excess of KRW 200,000 at the market price owned by the victim inside the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D, E, and F.

2. On June 16, 2014, at around 02:00 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant discovered the victim H JF vehicle parked in front of the Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, and the Defendant reported the network along with E, F, and D opened a door of the said vehicle in the same manner as that of paragraph 1, using the pre-determined household level, and carried out one gallon of the market value owned by the victim in the vehicle in the same way as that of 1,00,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D, E, and F.

3. On June 17, 2014, at around 3:00 on June 17, 2014, the Defendant discovered the victim K’s knife vehicle parked in the front line of the Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, and the Defendant reported the network with E and F, D opened a door of the said vehicle in the same manner as that of paragraph 1, and carried out one knife knife, cash, cash, 130,000 won at the market price owned by the victim inside the vehicle in the same manner as that of paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D, E, and F.
