【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 22:00 on November 3, 2013, the Defendants conspired to commit the crime of “nearing” with respect to vehicles parked using late night-time at “E” studio located in the residence of Defendant A located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.
