A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant 2, 2018, J. 952, is a person who has operated a C-authorized brokerage office in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si.
On July 2, 2016, the Defendant concluded that “Around July 2, 2016, the Defendant was delegated by the owner of the building with the authority to conclude a lease contract for studioF in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, with the authority to conclude a lease contract for studioF in the above studio.”
However, in fact, the defendant was delegated only by the owner of the building with the authority to conclude a monthly rent contract on the above studio, and did not have been delegated with the authority to conclude a rent contract, so even if he was paid the deposit money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to establish a lease on a deposit basis on the above stud
Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained a total of KRW 3.5 million from the victims on July 2, 2016, KRW 1.0 million on July 5, 2016, KRW 405 million on July 29, 2016, and acquired a money of KRW 45 million on July 29, 2016, and acquired it by fraud from the total of KRW 7 victims until December 12, 2017, as described in the List of Crimes 1 in the foregoing manner.
Defendant 1: (a) was entrusted with the management of the building owned by H and the conclusion of a monthly rent lease contract for the building owned by H in Sungnam-gu, Ma, Sungnam-si, and managed the building from around March 2014; (b) was entrusted by H with the management of the building owned by H and the conclusion of the monthly rent lease contract for the building at issue; (c) was in violation of his/her duties and was entrusted by H with the conclusion of the monthly rent lease contract for the building at issue; (d) was in violation of his/her duties; and (e) was intended to attract H to drink by receiving the deposit money from the tenants and then to use the money for lease; and (e) was in violation of his/her duties; and (e) was in violation of his/her duties to enter into the monthly rent contract under the name of H, as if the monthly rent contract was entered into; and (e) forged the monthly rent contract under the name of H.
