A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant and B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J: (a) together with C, D, and E on the C, D, and E-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W
At around 06:00 on June 2, 2014, the Defendant and B et al.: (a) in front of the Seo-gu, Seoul, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Donsan District; (b) in the front of the said public offering, the Defendant and B et al. took an A-to-surt automobile driven by F as the above A-to-surt-pur vehicle operated by F as the above public offering; (c) due to its shock, the Defendant and B et al. took an accident of Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. to which they joined.
However, the above accident was not likely to have been caused intentionally in order to receive insurance money as seen earlier.
Defendant, B, etc., by deceiving the damaged insurance company as such, received KRW 990,00 from the damaged insurance company as agreed money on June 9, 2014, and received KRW 23,240,930,00 in total from the damaged insurance company until August 28, 2014, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J, acquired KRW 23,240,930.
2. The Defendant and the N attempted fraud attempted to acquire insurance money by intentionally causing a traffic accident in which the Defendant is a traffic accident being driven by the vehicle of the above ON driven by N.
The Defendant and N around August 14, 2014, around 00:25, around 00:0:25, in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sari-gu, the Defendant and N intentionally caused drilling accidents, such as the contents of the above recruitment, and N received modern marine fire insurance accidents that they joined.
However, the above accident is intentional to pay insurance money as seen earlier.
