A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

4.8 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Suwon method and completed the execution of the sentence on May 5, 2010, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On May 2010, the Defendant sent 100,000 won under the name of the purchase price for home-based Mebloptyculty (one philopon) of the Mebloptyculty (one Melopon), which is the domicile of H, in the middle and rear-si, the Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoyang-si”). On the following day, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7 g of the philopopon from the Busan Metropolitan bus Terminal located in the Geum-gu, Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul Metropolitan City”) by receiving approximately 0.7 g of the Melopon from the Seoul J.

2. On May 2010, the Defendant, within L Driving Schools located in K in Ansan-si in the middle of May 2010, she injected approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from H in a single-use injection machine, as set forth in the foregoing 1.

3. On May 2010, the Defendant opened the Agricultural Cooperative (Account Number M) Cash Card in the name of the Defendant in order to send the purchase price of philopon to H from an insular area below the mid-to long-term radius.

On June 11, 2010, the Defendant deposited KRW 1100,000,000,000,000 from the above Nonghyup account, and purchased approximately 0.7g,00,00,000,00 from H to the high-speed bus freight in order to start from the Busan Integrated bus Terminal.

4. On June 12, 2010, the Defendant deposited KRW 1100,000,000,000 from H, and purchased approximately 0.7g, in the same manner as the above 3.7g on the following day.

5. On June 22, 2010, the Defendant deposited KRW 600,000,000,000 from H, and purchased approximately 0.7 g, in the same manner as the above 3.7 day.

6. On June 26, 2010 and on June 30, 2010, the Defendant deposited 1 million won (600,000 won, 400 won) with H over two occasions, and purchased approximately 0.7g of phiphones in the same manner as the above 3.7g around June 27, 2010.
