A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

80,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On October 19, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, decided to purchase the Metetop (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”), a local mental medicine, and then, on October 23:10, 2016, around KRW 700,000 in total, KRW 200,000 won of the Defendant’s money and KRW 500,000 in B’s money in the vehicle parked near D located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon. Around 2.8g, the Defendant 2.1g of the Melopon and her approximately KRW 0.7g of the Defendant .

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

B. On January 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased 200,000 won and 0.2g philophones from the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government F building G heading, and (b) purchased philophones, and (c) purchased approximately 0.1g of the said philophones at the same location, and (d) purchased Ha without compensation, from which she reduced approximately 0.1g of the philophones.

On March 218, 2018, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won and approximately 0.2g Handphones from the F building G heading room, which is the above place, and purchased Handphones at the same location, and H free of charge less approximately 0.1g of the above Handphones.

(d)

On March 15, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won and 0.2g Handphones with approximately 0.2g Handphones. On March 16, 2018, the Defendant cut approximately 0.1g of the said Handphones to H without compensation at the above place.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 12, 2017, the Defendant, from the first floor of the building JA located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon at around 15:00, inserted phiphones into a single-use injection machine (pertime medication equivalent to one-time medication), dilution with water, and administered phiphones in such a way as to injecte them into the sponsor.

B. On January 2018, the Defendant, at around 22:00, injected 0.1g of philopon into a single-use engine at the above F building G heading room, 0.1g of philopon in water, dilution with water, and administered philopon in a way of injection into the arms bloodline.

On March 2018, the Defendant is at the shelter of the F building G around the first 20:30 square meters.
