Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant conspired to pay a traffic accident with C and some of them and to acquire insurance money by fraud.
Accordingly, at around 02:25 on June 15, 2013, the Defendant and C received part of the left part of C with the front part of D 125C, which the Defendant was driving in the distance between the apartment complex of the vice-Jacheon-gu, Daegu Northern-dong and the Youngnam-do apartment complex.
Defendant and C claimed insurance money by means of receiving an accident from the victim Eastern Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. on June 19, 2013 and acquired KRW 447,030,030, total amount of KRW 447,030,030 on June 24, 2013, even if some of the accidents occurred as above, as if the accident occurred actually.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired the money of the above damaged company in collusion with C.
2. The Defendant conspired to obtain insurance money by taking part of the traffic accident with E, F, G, and H (hereinafter “Defendants, etc.”) and claiming insurance money.
Accordingly, around 04:50 on July 3, 2013, the Defendant et al. found the self-learning car running by the Defendant and waiting to turn off the head of the vehicle on the I-ro vehicle adjacent to the Daegu Central Bank of Daegu, which is located in the 22-ro in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu, while serving together with E, F, G, and H. Around July 3, 2013, the Defendant et al. found the J-learning car driving by one-way, and received some front part of the wheel part of the vehicle.

Although some of the aforesaid accidents occurred, at around 05:02 on the same day, he/she claimed insurance money by means of receiving an accident from the victim East Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. on July 5, 2013 to October 11, 2013 (Defendant 1,163,400 won, F450,000 won, G487,420 won).
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E, F, G, or H, acquired the money of the said damaged company.
