The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant conspired to acquire insurance proceeds from an insurance company by inducing minor traffic accidents with C, D, E, F, G, H, I (hereinafter “Defendant, etc.”) and some of them.
Accordingly, at around 02:00 on June 12, 2007, the above C was driving the K New Airport Co., Ltd. on a road between the JJ high school of Sinpo City and the third square of Sinpo City, and operated the car D on a passenger car, and the part of the back part of the LAburt-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn L which the above E was operating on board F, G, H, and I was shocked by the above new T-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wer part of the car.
