Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 30, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) indicated in the name column of the new service contract form in the name column of D company’s name, F; (b) indicated in the name column of contact address; (c) “G” in the resident registration number column; and (d) indicated in the bank name column in the bank name column as “C apartment 201/1017 in the bank name column; and (c) indicated in the bank name column as “A”, “H”, the deposit owner’s resident registration number column; and (d) indicated in the column of the applicant column as “E” on August 30, 2012; and (c) signed and sealed the name adjacent to the applicant column; and (d) indicated in the name column of the installment contract form as “E”, “G; and (d) written in the name “36 months”, “A” and “A”, “A” and “A”, and signed by the applicant column as “A”, respectively, in the name column of customer registration number column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged two copies of private documents in the name of E on rights and duties.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, issued a forged service new contract, or a non-sale contract to be short, to an employee in the name of the said D Co., Ltd. who was aware of the forgery, and exercised the said investigation document as if it was genuine.

3. The Defendant forged his/her private document at the above time and place, thereby filing an application for mobile phone joining the victim SK Telecom (ju).
