Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 16, 2018, at around 22:34, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol at “C” at a main point located in Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City B and 1st underground level, was the victim D’s ties and vision, and the victim took the dangerous objects on the table to the victim. On the ground that the victim said, the Defendant was aware of the victim’s ties, which is a dangerous object on the table, and the Defendant continued to gather the beer’s disease, and committed the assaulting the victim by putting it on the floor near the victim.

2. From the date and time set forth in the above paragraph 1 (1) to December 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to breath in the state of drinking at the above main point operated by the victim E; and (b) expressed the victim, his employees, and other customers with the desire to breath for about 2 hours and 30 minutes; and (c) obstructed the victim’s main business by force by forcing the customers to get out of the said main point.

3. At around 11:25 on December 16, 2018, the Defendant insultingd the victims, who are police officers, by referring to five police officers, such as the victim G, the same H, the same J, the same J, and K, etc., working owners, employees, and other customers working in the Incheonnam Police Station, who were dispatched after receiving 112 reports at the places specified in the above paragraph 1.1., and 11:25 on December 16, 2018.
