1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Although the Defendants, as indicated in the facts charged in this case, misjudgmented the victim H’s grandchildren, the court below found the Defendants guilty of the facts charged in this case by misunderstanding the facts and thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment, even though there was no misunderstanding of the victim’s body or checking the victim’s chest as stated in the facts charged in this case.

B. The sentence imposed by the lower court on the Defendants (a fine of one million won) is too unreasonable.
