Defendant A, who was in G around November 14:30 on November 9, 2017, provided KRW 3 million in cash to the effect that Defendant A, a member of the agricultural cooperative, who was an electoral member, would aid the Defendant in a special election for the president of the agricultural cooperative, E, the electoral member, in the E, B’s house.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money to the elector for the purpose of election campaign in the entrusted election.

2. Defendant B

A. On November 14, 2017, the Defendant received money from A and received KRW 3 million in cash, as described in paragraph (1), within the Defendant’s home located in G around November 14, 2017.

As a result, the Defendant received money provided by A for an entrusted election campaign.

B. The Defendant offered money to C on November 10, 2017, at H around 07:30, the Defendant offered KRW 500,000 in cash to C in a special election for the president of the AFF, who is a member of the EFF, within the territory of C, the elector of the EFF.

Accordingly, the defendant's money to the elector for election campaign in the entrusted election.
