A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
B was expected to be a candidate for the president of the CFF in the election of the president of the CFF at the first time, effective March 11, 2015, and the defendant and D were members of the CF at the election of the president of the CF at the CF.
