A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide money to members for the purpose of having himself/herself or a specific person elected or not to be elected as an executive of a local agricultural cooperative.

Nevertheless, Defendant A registered as a candidate in the election of non-permanent directors of the NAF, which was carried out on January 30, 2013, and then intended to secure the favorable status in the election by providing money to some representatives from among 60 representatives who have voting rights in the election of executive officers.

On the other hand, the above agricultural cooperatives are local agricultural cooperatives, and non-standing directors are officers.

1. At around 12:30 on January 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) posted one copy of a white bag containing 50,000 Ga 50,000 Ga 2 on the part of the members of the NA, who were on board a cargo vehicle in the vicinity of the vinyl C, in the ancient house located in Gyeongyang-si, Gyeongyangyang-si, G, as a cargo vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money to the members for the purpose of getting himself elected as executive officers of the local agricultural cooperative.

2. Around January 28, 2013, the Defendant provided money to E and F included two copies of a white bag containing KRW 50,000,00,000, in the said letter of contract between E and E, a member of the NA, who is a representative of the members of the said NA, in the said letter of contract, and then, one of the two copies of the said bags sent to E and one of the two copies of the said bags was called to E, and the rest was requested to be delivered to F, a representative of the said member.

On January 28, 2013 at the request of the defendant, the above E delivered one copy of the white bag containing the above 50,000 square meters to F, a representative, at the above F's house located in G in G in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Kimyang-si.

Accordingly, the defendant provided money to the members for the purpose of getting himself elected as executive officers of the local agricultural cooperative.

3. On January 28, 2013, the Defendant provided money to I in the Koyang-si, Jinyang-si, J around Gyeongyang-si, J around 201. The Defendant was the NAFF’s greenhouse.
