A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are members of D in the Gu, the Si, the Si, and the Defendant A is a candidate for the election of non-standing director who is an executive officer of D in January 23, 2014.

No person shall provide money, goods, entertainment, or other property benefits to a cooperative member, his/her family member, or an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by a cooperative member, his/her family member, or a cooperative member or his/her family member, for the purpose of getting him/herself or a specific person elected or not elected as an executive or representative of

1. On January 13, 2014, Defendant A provided KRW 200,00,00 upon Defendant A’s request for support by Defendant A, who was parked in front of the F pesticide bank located in Gumi-si, Sinsi, by requesting the support of Defendant G, who is a representative of D members, to “miss it.............”

Accordingly, the defendant provided money to partners for the purpose of getting himself to be elected as a non-permanent director.

2. On January 20, 2014, the Defendants conspired to offer money and valuables at the office of “I real estate” located in H at the Si/Gu, Si, Si, Gu, Si, si, by requesting support from the Defendant J, who is the representative of D.

B around 19:00 on January 22, 2014, around 19:00, at the above J's office located in Si/Gu-si, J provided 200,000 won that Defendant A received from Defendant A upon the Defendant's request for support.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to offer money to the members for the purpose of getting Defendant A to be elected as a non-permanent director.
