A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who served as the president of the FF Cooperative in Thai-Gun E (hereinafter “the instant cooperative”) from around 2006 to February 27, 2018.

No one shall provide, or promise to provide, money, goods, entertainment, or any other property benefits to an elector for the purpose of having an executive of a credit cooperative elected or fail to be elected or fail to be elected.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, around December 2017, stayed at the expiration of the term of office of the instant union president, and the Defendant was prohibited from serving three consecutive terms of office of the president in accordance with the articles of incorporation and making it impossible for the Defendant to resume to the office of the president. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant was willing to attend the office of the standing director elected at the general meeting of the instant union.

1. On December 3, 2017, the Defendant provided money to members G with the purport that, at the I office operated by the instant association member G as a director of the instant association, the Defendant 300,000 won in cash, to the effect that, on February 2, 2018, the said G supported the Defendant at the general meeting of election shareholders scheduled to be held around February 2, 2018.

As a result, the defendant provided money to the union members for the purpose of getting himself elected as an officer of the union.

2. Around January 2, 2018, the Defendant expressed his/her intent to provide money to members G, who was a director of the instant association located in the J of Tae-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and was parked in the vicinity of the establishment of G and operated by the Defendant’s elementary school at the same elementary school, which was operated by K via K in a car operated by the Defendant at an elementary school, through K, to the effect that he/she would request G to support the Defendant at the general meeting of election directors scheduled to be held around February 2, 2018, but G

As a result, the defendant expressed his intention to provide money to the union members for the purpose of getting him elected as an officer of the union.

3. On January 2, 2018, the Defendant, as a director of the instant association located in Thai-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do on January 2, 201, is raising L, a member of the instant association.
