Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At night, on July 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a warehouse managed by a victim under the name in Da at the time of literature around 02:00; and (b) carried about about 103.48g of marijuana owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

(a) No person shall smoke or take in marijuana or marijuana seed coats;

1) On July 2016, 2016, the Defendant smoked in tobacco paper, as the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the “E” road operated by the Defendant located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. 2) On July 7, 2016, the Defendant smoked a large amount of marijuana on the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the front of the said “E” road.

3) On August 1, 2016, the Defendant smoked a large amount of marijuana in the Defendant’s car parked on the front of the “E” road, which was parked on the front of the Defendant’s car, in tobacco paper. 4) On August 9, 2016, the Defendant smoked a large amount of marijuana in the Defendant’s car parked on the front of the Defendant’s car located on the front of the Hoyangdong-dong-dong 9 Complex, Youngdong-gu, U.S. 18:30 on August 9, 2016.

(b) No person in possession of marijuana shall carry marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of smoking or taking in;

Nevertheless, at around 14:05 on August 12, 2016, the Defendant kept 9.28gg of marijuana in white paper boxes and iron containers at the bottom of the books inside and outside of the dwelling area of the Defendant, which was located in Goyang-si F and 301, and kept 103.48g of marijuana in total for the purpose of smoking by inserting 4.20g of marijuana in a plastic container operated by the Defendant, by inserting it in a G that operated by the Defendant, and storing 4.20g of marijuana in a plastic container.
