A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피해자 C에 대한 범행 피고인은 2016. 6. 7. 19:00 경 포항시 남구 D에 있는 피해자 C가 운영하는 E 식당에 술을 마신 상태로 들어가 바닥에 드러누워 피해자에게 “ 돈 줬으니 밥 가지고 와 ”라고 큰 소리로 말하고, 옆에 있던 식당 손님들에게 “ 뭘 봐, 십 새끼야 ”라고 욕설을 하는 등 약 20 분간 소란을 피워 위력으로써 피해자의 식당 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

2. On September 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 00:10 on September 15, 2016, entered the victim F in South-gu G at a port with drinking alcohol; (b) and (c) the victim F, who was diving, went out of the main point; and (d) the victim f, who was diving, went out of the main point.

For the reason that the victim is required, the victim expressed his/her desire to “surve”, and read the table in his/her hand as a large sound, and the victim interfered with the victim’s main business by avoiding the disturbance for about one hour, such as driving away other customers.

3. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 15:00, the victim I expressed the victim’s desire to drink in the K restaurant operated by the victim I at the south-gu J at a port; (b) ran the victim’s appearance to the other customers on the table; (c) ran the victim’s 20 minutes of the disturbance, such as blocking the entry of other customers on the entrance, and blocking the victim’s restaurant business by force.

4. On February 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered a Ncafeteria operated by the victim L in Southern-gu M in the order of 06:00 on February 2, 2017, while drinking alcohol; and (b) changed the victim’s age.

In response to this demand, it interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force by avoiding about 10 minutes of disturbance, such as "I am informed prior to this do not put it in the police station", "I put it in the police station."
