A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 7,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the crime of bodily injury in the Changwon District Court’s branch on November 28, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2016, and is still under a suspended sentence of five times, including violence and five times.

[ 범죄사실] 피고인 B과 E( 같은 날 기소유예 처분) 은 2017. 7. 15. 05:10 경 거제시 F에 있는 G 모텔 앞 노상에서 자동차의 전조등을 켠 채로 잠시 정차하여 있던 중, 피해자 H(35 세 )으로부터 전조등으로 인해 눈이 부시다며 욕설을 듣자, E은 근처에 있던 피고인 A를 위 G 모텔 앞 노상으로 데려오고, 피고인 A는 피해자에게 다가가 위 피고인 B과 E에게 사과를 하라고 하였으나 피해자가 오히려 말대꾸를 하자 화가 나, 손바닥으로 피해자의 좌측 뺨을 1대 때리고, 발로 피해자의 복부를 걷어찬 후, 손으로 피해자의 멱살을 잡아당기고, 피고인 B은 피해자의 뒤에서 발로 피해자의 엉덩이를 걷어차고, 바닥에 떨어져 있던 피고인 A 모자를 집어 들어 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 때렸다.

The Defendants continued to open the victim beyond the floor, and Defendant A opened the victim's face with the victim's hand and knee, and asked the victim's face with his hand and knee. Defendant B opened the victim's face. Defendant B opened the victim's face with her face. Defendant B opened the victim's face with her face from her face to her face.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collaboration with E, inflicted injury on the victim, such as the complete escape of the right-hand part, which requires approximately eight weeks of treatment.
