Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On May 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Daejeon District Court on May 24, 2012, and confirmed on May 29, 2012, and completed the execution of the said sentence on December 30, 2012.

[2015 Highest 2408] On May 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant’s house located in Daejeon Jung-gu Seoul and 112, to the Internet Nenena, China-gu, Daejeon; and (b) told the Victim G to the effect that the Defendant would sell the her belt in KRW 23,000 by communicating the Victim with the Victim.
