Punishment of the crime

Around January 4, 2016, the Defendant reported the Defendant’s house located in Nam-gu, Seoul at the port of port on January 4, 2016, to the effect that the victim D would want to purchase the traffic card on the Internet Nurier's website, and made a false statement to the victim that “on the advance payment of the price of the goods, you will send the goods.”

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive each property.

1. On April 23, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “the victim wanted to purchase the game fat” by accessing the fatter Katter’s website at an infatter site, and that “the Defendant would send the goods if receiving the price of the goods in advance,” and that “the Defendant would send the goods to the victim.”

However, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell the above goods to the victim.

The defendant acquired 147,00 won from the victim to the single bank account in the name of the defendant on the same day.

2. On May 18, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “the victim wants to purchase the game table (game money) by accessing the London T&A car page at an unspecified place,” and that “the Defendant contacted the victim, thereby sending the goods if receiving the price of the goods.”

However, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell the above goods to the victim.

The defendant shall be the same day from the victim.
