【Criminal Facts】
1. On February 5, 2019, Defendant A and Defendant B, along with G and H on February 5, 2019, posted the basic amount of KRW 1,000 each, using 52 cards, and divided the card into three separate pages, at around 14:00, in the Defendant A’s residence located in the Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-gu G apartment, and around February 5, 2019, Defendant A and the Defendant B provided a gambling with approximately 30 minutes of betting (at least 4 million won in total) by means of selling the total amount of the board money each time he/she receives 7 copies of the card, and by means of having one hour and 30 minutes (at least 400,000 won in total) using the pre-determined shape and number.

On February 6, 2019, Defendants A and F’s gambling Defendants: (a) up to two-story houses located in J, K, L, and M on February 6, 2019, and (b) up to KRW 10,000 from each of the 1,00 won to each of the 52 cards using 52 card; and (b) divided three cards into three cards; (c) each of the card was received seven copies by means of betting in the total amount of the total amount of the betting money each time the card is additionally received; and (d) for three hours by a person who determined a plaque in accordance with the predetermined form and number of money (at least 14 million won in total).
