Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, on July 15, 2016, received a summary order of KRW 4 million due to habitual gambling in the Youngcheon District Court’s monthly support on July 15, 2016, as well as a summary order of KRW 8 times before the same previous conviction and that of KRW 1.5 million due to gambling in the same court on August 19, 2016, Defendant B received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million due to gambling in the same court on August 19, 2016, and Defendant C received a summary order of KRW 70,000 from the same court on May 10, 2013, and was five persons before the same criminal offense and the same five persons.
1. From January 7, 2017 to January 7, 2017, Defendant A, B, and C habitually committed each offense with Defendant D, and from January 7, 2017 to January 21:28, 2017 to Defendant D, Defendant A’s house located in Gangwon-gun E using 52 card, and then throw away each of the card in the same number or pattern according to the prescribed rules, and then 2, etc., 1,000 won, 3, 3,00 won, and 3,00 won, and 4, etc. were 210,000 won in total on several occasions, and “hulehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh”.

Defendant D, “2017 Highest 160,” along with F, B, from February 5, 2017 to February 22:30, 2017, Defendant D, using the card Nos. 1309 to receive seven copies of the card, and then throw away the card in the same number or pattern in accordance with the prescribed rules.
