Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On November 2, 2005, Defendant A was issued a summary order of KRW 300,000,000 for gambling as a crime of gambling at the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court. On May 7, 2010, Defendant A was issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 for gambling as a crime of gambling in the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court. On April 15, 2011, Defendant A was issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 for gambling as a crime of gambling from the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court. On August 31, 2012, Defendant A was issued a summary order of KRW 70,000 for gambling as a crime of gambling at the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and on October 7, 2014, the judgment became final and conclusive on April 15, 2015.

B Upon receipt of a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of gambling in the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on July 10, 2002, on October 30, 2002, upon receipt of a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for gambling, from the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on April 15, 201, upon receipt of a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for gambling, from the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on April 25, 2011, upon receipt of the summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for gambling, from the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on October 25, 2013, upon receipt of the summary order of KRW 70,000 as a fine for gambling, from the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on August 29, 201 to the suspended sentence of KRW 10,74, 2014.
