A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 500,000,000 as a fine for gambling, from the Suwon District Court Branch on August 19, 2009, a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for the same crime, and a summary order of KRW 5 million as a fine in the same court on August 31, 2016, respectively.

On July 16, 2018, the Defendant visited C, an illegal sports gambling site, using smartphones, etc. at the Defendant’s residence located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and deposited KRW 3 million with the E Bank account (F) in the name of the KCAD, which is the above site’s operation account to charge cyber money, and then, flascambling from around that time to September 27, 2018, such as flass and banks make a decision on a plaque in accordance with the number emitted by using the card two. From that time to September 27, 2018, the Defendant deposited a sum of KRW 109,510,000 in total over 55 times as shown in the attached list of crimes, and carried out gambling habitually in the above manner.
