1. The Defendants jointly provide the Plaintiffs with each money indicated in the “personal amount” column in attached Form 1 to the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Defendant G operates a private business entity under the trade name of I and J, and recruited investors; Defendant H recruited investors as a director of J; Plaintiff A recruited investors or made direct investment in I and J as the chief of J; and the rest of the Plaintiffs are Plaintiff A through Plaintiff A.
B. The Defendants explained to the Plaintiff that “I or J shall guarantee the principal and 2% high-income of 10% per month if investments are made in I or J,” and explained to the rest of the Plaintiffs that “I or J shall guarantee the principal and 2-8% high-income of 2-8% per month if investments are made in I or J.”
After hearing the above explanation, the Plaintiffs concluded an investment agreement with I and J Investment, and paid the investment money as stated below in the appropriate column.

C. Defendant G and H agreed on June 22, 2018 to pay the full amount of principal or an amount in excess thereof from an unspecified number of unspecified persons without obtaining authorization, permission, registration, or reporting under the relevant statute, from May 4, 2015 to January 19, 2017, as Seoul Central District Court 2017No435 and 2018No956 (merged).
