1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) B shall pay 372,121,136 won to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and KRW 339,993,987 out of the above amount.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 7, 2005, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 790,000,000 to Defendant B for a total of 25 times between February 7, 2005 and November 22, 2013, and the specific content is as follows.
(However, in the case of Nos. 8, 9, 10, 14, and 15 of the following table, the defendant B and the defendant company are written as the borrower together with the relevant loan certificate, and in the case of the remaining sequences, only the defendant B are written as the borrower.

B. On December 27, 2012, when the Plaintiff received the repayment of the above loan from Defendant B, the Plaintiff settled the accounts with Defendant B that the principal of the loan during the said period be KRW 430,000,000, and that the interest shall be paid at the rate of 5% per month.
C. Thereafter, on October 31, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an account book with the Defendants to arrange the financial transaction relationship with the said Defendants, the Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s KRW 467,00,000 in total of KRW 400,000,000 in principal, and KRW 67,00,000 in interest, and KRW 2-9,340,000 in monthly interest, KRW 467,000 in total, and KRW 467,000 in x 0.02 = 934,00.
