The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On August 25, 2016, at around 23:05, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door by using the key of the entrance door, the victim C, who is the president of Dobong-gu Seoul, was in possession of the Defendant as an employee; (b) opened a locked door and intruded into the entrance; and (c) cut off the victim’s property by putting off the outside 10,000 won of the market price in two parts of the plastic paper.

B. On August 26, 2016, at the same place around 00:38, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door using the entrance door in the same way; and entered into the door; and (b) cut off approximately KRW 300,000,000, total sum of the pulmonary wastes owned by the victim within the mouth, and then cut off the cash of the victim by inserting approximately 300,000,000 won into the buck.

C. On August 26, 2016, around 00:48, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door using the key of the entrance door in the same way; (b) went into the entrance; and (c) cut off approximately KRW 20,000,000 in total, which was the part of the victim, following the Kashter’s gate, and stolen the cash of the victim by means of cutting down the cash.

2. Crimes against victim F;

A. At around 22:40 on September 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened an open back door and intruded inside the door; and (b) stolen the money and valuables of the victim by putting approximately KRW 200,000,000,000 in the market price of the victim, who was on the back of the line, into the paper bank and the paper bank operated by the victim F, located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by putting approximately KRW 1.8 million in the market price of the victim, who was on the back of the line.

B. The Defendant, at around 23:32 September 19, 2016, opened an open back door in the same manner and opened an inner door and intruded into the door, and was affected by the clothes.
